Crop duration: Cilantro is a fast-growing annual plant, and the leaves can be harvested approximately 3 to 4 weeks after sowing. Seeds develop between 45 and 70 days after sowing.

Special Features: Cilantro not only offers fresh leaves for use in sauces, salads, and stews, but its seeds, known as coriander, are a popular spice in cooking. The plant is also valued for its medicinal properties and its ability to attract pollinators to the garden.

Lighting: Prefers full sun, although it can also tolerate partial shade. Make sure Cilantro receives at least 4 to 6 hours of direct sunlight per day for vigorous growth.

Watering: Keep the soil constantly moist, but well drained. Regular watering is essential to prevent the leaves from turning bitter and to keep the plant in its best condition.

Pests: Cilantro can be susceptible to pests such as aphids and thrips. It is recommended to use environmentally friendly products such as potassium soap and neem oil for pest control.
