Packaging: We work with the best German, Spanish, Dutch and Chilean seed suppliers, which allows us to offer you Cosmos Sensación seeds harvested and packaged in 2024, guaranteeing their freshness and a high percentage of germination.

Growing Duration: Cosmos Sensation is an annual plant that blooms profusely from summer until the first frosts. Plants will begin to flower approximately 70 to 90 days after sowing.

Special Features: Cosmos Sensation is known for its tall, slender stems and flowers that appear to dance in the breeze. This plant is ideal for creating a natural, relaxed effect in gardens, and also makes an excellent cut flower for floral arrangements.

Lighting: Prefers full sun for optimal growth and abundant flowering. Make sure plants receive at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day.

Watering: Although Cosmos is relatively drought tolerant, it prefers regular watering during dry periods. Keep the soil lightly moist, but well drained, and avoid overwatering, as the roots may rot.

Pests: Cosmos Sensation is resistant to most pests, but can occasionally be affected by aphids and spider mites. The use of environmentally friendly products, such as potassium soap and Neem oil, is recommended to keep pests under control.

Cold hardiness: Although Cosmos Sensation is heat resistant, it does not tolerate frost well. It is recommended to sow after the risk of frost has passed in spring.

Substrate: A well-drained and slightly fertile substrate is recommended. Cosmos can grow in poor soils, making it a very adaptable and easy to grow plant.

Harvesting: To enjoy fresh flowers and promote continuous blooming, cut off mature flowers regularly. This will also prevent the plant from expending energy on seed production.

Shipping: All shipments are made through Bluespress. Check out our growing manuals on our website: www.arcademendel.com .
